WHEN DID PUBFORGE OPEN?
The “soft open” date was March 14, 2016. Our official ribbon cutting opening was held on March 31, 2016.
IS PUBFORGE SECURE?
Yes. Keypad entry is granted only to full-time members, and video surveillance is wired throughout Tellus360. Within our space, there are daily-use storage lockers and locking storage at each full-sized desk.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS TO ACCESS THE SPACE?
Members can use the space Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm.
WHAT DOES A PUBFORGE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
Membership includes a desk, adjustable office chair, access to hard-wired or wifi high-speed internet and power strips, use of the video conference booths, access to the green roof, printing, use of our full kitchen, unlimited coffee/tea, and access to all of our events and presentations for free or at a discount.
WHAT’S THIS I HEAR ABOUT YOUR FANCY PHONE BOOTHS?
We have 4 phone booths where you can have privacy for phone calls and video conferences, complete with a desk top and comfy stools, whiteboard walls, climate cooling, and most importantly, peace and quiet! These are on a first-come, first-served basis.
HOW DO I RESERVE A DESK?
Titanium members have a dedicated permanent desk. Steel, Iron, Copper and Stone members are on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, there is no reservation process.
HOW DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE WORK?
It’s basically just like a security deposit, equal to 1 month of your membership - which you can either use for your last month or have refunded to you if you’ve already paid.
DO MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE A TIME COMMITMENT?
Nope! We understand that today’s working world needs a lot of flexibility. Great for startups, companies who are downsizing or between offices, freelancers, etc.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Our online billing system uses Stripe to process credit cards, or you can write us a good old-fashioned check.
WHAT ABOUT GUESTS?
You’re welcome to host occasional meetings and guests in the second floor of Tellus. Guests in our space will require a day pass, to be paid either by the member or the guest.
